About Dr. Alexis Rich
With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, I bring a deep and practical understanding of how to support diverse learners as an executive functioning coach and education consultant. My career has spanned both teaching and administrative roles in public school systems and at the university level, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities within today’s educational landscape.
I specialize in special education and hold a doctorate in the field, which has informed my evidence-based approach to supporting students, educators, and families. I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach for reading intervention and have led professional development in areas including executive functioning, behavior support, inclusive education, differentiated instruction, and specialized reading strategies.
I am passionate about equipping students with the tools they need to thrive academically and beyond, while empowering educators with practical strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. I mentor with care, model with compassion, and I am a consistent advocate for students and families.
Whether working one-on-one with students and families or collaborating with schools and organizations, I am committed to fostering inclusive, supportive, and effective learning environments.
